After spending last weekend holding our breath and crossing our fingers only to see the rain continue to roll in, everything is now all set to kick off this Saturday night.
The Sprintcar boys have just one chance to dial into the new Springs surface before the NZ Grand Prix on Saturday 28 November. Larsen, Pickens, McDonald, Allard, O’Connor, Brindle and Eggleton along with many others are all confirmed starters.
A full Midget field including Guptill, Williams, Pickens, Maskovich, Hunnibell, plus the young guns Baker, Earl, Morris, Guilford, Buckley and Howard will contest the Auckland Midget Champs.
Add to this over 20 TQ Midgets, 24 F2 Midgets, the stars of the future with 18 Kiwi Kids plus an awesome fireworks display to close the show, opening night is set to rock.
